Introduction and application of the 5S method

To give trainees knowledge of the 5S methodology applied to create and maintain an organized, safe, clean and efficient workplace.

Company owners and managers, production managers, technical managers, mid-level managers, supervisors and productivity specialists, and in general all personnel whose interest is directly related to ensuring a quality, efficient and optimal workflow, both in production and in performing administrative activities.
