Process improvement- the basis and necessity for the continuous improvement of the company
Goal:
Introduce the trainees to the guidelines for implementing a continuous process improvement system ina a company.
Aimed at:
Business owners and managers, production managers, mid-level managers, productivity specialists and generally all staff responsible for production and coordinating process improvement groups.
Includes:
- Defining productivity, history and essence, measurement, productivity improvement systems
- Study of the work processes- essence, objectives, stages in the study or work methods
- Concepts and basic tools used for continuous improvement.
- Selection and coordination of a workgroup, training for action during the different stages.
