Balancing assembly lines
Goal:
Introduce the trainees to the ways and methods used in balancing assembly lines and workstations.
Aimed at:
Responsible for production, mid-level managers, productivity responsible and specialists, and in general all staff involved in the organization and coordination of the production flow.
Includes:
- Assembly lines and limited workplaces- definition, advantages and disadvantages.
- Concepts in balancing assembly lines, stages in establishing workplaces.
- Calculation of parameters, capacity calculation and establishing grids.
