Time measurement, timekeeping technique
Goal:

Building vision, pragmatic thinking and philosophy in the trainees regarding the discipline of PRODUCTIVITY. Special attention is given to the analysis of methods and ways to improve them, as well as the measurement od work processes with emphasis on the “Timekeeping technique”.

Production and mid-level managers, productivity specialists, and in general all personal whose responsibility is directly related to the production and valuation of production processes.

  • Questioning technique
  • Preparing to improve the methods
  • Principle of economy of movements
  • Time study, calculation systems, units
  • Determination of time to perform a job-data recording, element, cycle, number of takings
  • Activity- definition, activity scales and rating, practical exercises and graphing to control and determine error, defining normal time
  • Calculating times- frequency, supplements, standard time
  • Influence when working with machines
